Cranberry Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Recipe by Chef Bliss
1 c. almonds, soaked and dried
2 oranges juice
1 date
1 c. raisins
3 c. fresh rolled oats
4 T. agave nectar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. cranberries
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon zest
1. Blend almonds, orange juice, dates, cinnamon, lemon juice, agave nectar and half a cup of raisins in a food processor.
2. Add cranberries and pulse chop until cranberries are in small pieces but not visibly pleasing.
3. Stir in zest, oats and the other half of raisins.
4. Form cookies on teflex sheets and dehydrate for 6 hours.
5. Remove from teflex, turnover and dehydrate on other side for 6 hours.
Makes 12 cookies

Orange Sunshine Balls
Recipe by Chef Bliss
½ c. raisins
1 c. almonds
3 tsp. agave nectar
1 tsp.. filtered water
½ tsp. orange zest, minced
½ tsp. cinnamon
1/8 c. almonds powdered
1. Blend raisins and almonds in food processor until well blended
2. Add agave nectar and water. Blend well.
3. Add orange zest and cinnamon. Mix.
4. Roll into balls.
5. Sprinkle with almond powder
Makes 20 one inch balls
Tropical Ambrosia Balls

1 c. almonds
½ c. dates
1 T. pine nuts
5 macadamia nuts
1/8 c cranberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 T. agave nectar
1/8 tsp. Celtic Sea salt
1 c shredded coconut
¼ c. pineapple
1. Mix ingredients and form balls with half of the coconut.
2. Roll balls in shredded coconut
Makes 20 one inch balls
