Feel free to mix in or substitute your favorite fruits/ greens , nuts , seeds , natural sweeteners or use whatever fresh, in season produce you may have on hand. Add a raw organic nut butter, or some raw chia seeds if you'd like a more filling smoothie. Goji Very Berry Smoothie Recipe
When people ask us how they can start eating healthier, goji berries are one of the first foods we recommend! Most kids approve of them as well, & we all know getting kids to eat healthy can sometimes be a challenge. If you enjoy goji berries, you’ll love this smoothie recipe! Simply blend the following ingredients together in your VitaMix or BlendTec Blender:
-2 cups water
-1/4 cup raw, organic goji berries
-1 organic banana
-1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
-1 tablespoon of raw, organic acai berry powder or raw, organic maqui berry powder
-a little raw, organic honey or stevia to sweeten to taste (optional)
Sweet & Spicy Cacao Smoothie Recipe
Try adding Cayenne to your cacao smoothies to warm you up in the cold winter months. The blend of chilli with chocolate is divine!! One of our favorites is:
Green Smoothie with Spirulina Recipe
This smoothie quenches your thirst, & has the added benefits of Spirulina powder. It helps to support immunity in the winter months & tastes great!
-1 tbsp. raw, organic Spirulina Powder
-1/2 cup water
-1 cup organic romaine lettuce , torn
-1 cup organic spinach, torn
-1 cup organic cucumber, peeled, seeded & diced
-2 cups organic pineapple, cut into chunks
-1/2 cup ice cubes
-your natural sweetener of choice! (We like coconut sugar & stevia with this recipe)
Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender & enjoy!

-1/2 tsp. cayenne
-pinch celtic sea salt
