¼ cup red onion, sliced into very thin strips on a mandoline

Raw Black Olive Hummus (Bean Free) - Our bean free hummus makes a delicious substitute to the traditional hummus option. Our Peruvian black dried olives give this dip a salty tang!

2 cup, fresh zucchini, sliced
2 cloves, garlic
1 lemon, juiced using our hand held citrus juicer
1/4 cup, raw, organic olive oil
1/2 cup, raw, organic tahini
1/4 cup, raw, organic peruvian pitted olives
Directions: Process sunflower seeds into a powder & set it aside. Process zucchini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, tahini & black olives until smooth. Slowly add sunflower powder back into food processor. Process unitl mixture reaches a smooth hummus consistency. Pour mixture into a bowl and serve with homemade tortilla chips, flax crackers or your favorite veggies.
