Peruvian Olives Marinated in Herbed Garlic Butter (Vegan)

They are fantastic right out of the jar, or if you'd like to dress them up a bit here is a favorite recipe of ours:

Peruvian Olives Marinated in Herbed Garlic Butter (Vegan) 

Ingredients:
•3/4 cup of raw, organic Olive Oil
•2 tbsp diced garlic
•1/2 tbsp rosemary
•1 tbsp thyme
•1 tbsp oregano
(or any other fresh herbs of your choice)

Directions:
Place olives in a bowl of pure water and soak for 1-3 days. They become silky soft after 3 days. Keep soaking olives in refrigerator. Warm coconut butter so it's a melted consistency then mix all ingredients together and coat olives. Put mixture into a glass mason jar and store in refrigerator. Eat with a salad or serve to guests at parties!
