Detox Salad Recipe
•2 cups cauliflower
•2 cups broccoli
•2 medium grated carrots
•¼ cup dried currants
•1/3 cup raw, organic raisins
•½ cup raw, organic sunflower seeds
•2 tsp raw, organic kelp granules
•½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
•1/3 cup lemon juice, juiced with our handheld citrus juicer
•sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions: Chop the broccoli & cauliflower into bite size pieces. In a large bowl combine all ingredients & mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
