Raw Chia Recipes

Raw Chia Seed Porridge 

•1/3 cup raw, organic chia seeds
•2/3 cup water
•1 tablespoon raw, organic raisins
•1 tablespoon raw, organic goji berries
•1 tablespoon raw, organic shredded coconut
•1 teaspoon raw, organic honey or coconut nectar, or your favorite natural sweetener

Optional: raw, organic pumpkin seeds, raw, organic almonds, sunflower seeds, raw, organic cinnamon powder, raw organic cacao nibs, etc.

1. Put chia seeds in bowl. Add water. Stir thoroughly RIGHT AWAY otherwise it'll clump up. 2. Add your desired sweetener & coconut and mix more with your spoon. Chia seeds will absorb a lot of water really fast and thicken up. 3. Add anything else you want, like 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, a few almonds, 1/2 tablespoon sunflower seeds etc. Just for taste and to give it some excitement. By now your raw chia porridge should be pretty thick. For extra flavor, try topping your raw porridge with almond, coconut or your favorite nut milk & some berries!

Protein Packed Chia Seed Smoothie

•1 cup vanilla almond milk (made from our raw, organic almonds & vanilla bean)
•1 banana
•2 tablespoons raw, organic nut butter
•1 scoop of Natural Zing Brown Rice Protein or other raw protein powder
•1 tablespoon raw, organic Chia Seeds

A few ice cubes

Directions: Blend all ingredients & enjoy!
