Treat Yourself * Immune Boost Drink * Recipe

Treat yourself to an immune boost!! Feeling a little under the weather? This kickin' drink will get you right back into your groove for holiday shopping and hosting your guests. Immune Boost Drink*:
Mix the following ingredients & enjoy:

•1 cup of warm water
•1 tablespoon of  manuka honey
•1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar
•1 garlic clove, crushed
•2 tablespoons of lemon juice 
•½ a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
•½ a teaspoon cinnamon powder
