Brazil Nut Protein Smoothie Recipe

This creamy smoothie is perfect for a filling breakfast, and requires no prep other than freezing bananas!

Serves: 1
Ingredients:1 & ¼ cup of water
1/4 cup raw, organic brazil nut protein powder
1-2 raw, organic dates
½ Tbsp raw, organic, heirloom chia seeds
1 raw, organic vanilla bean (inside scraped)
½ banana, frozen
½ cup ice

Add water, brazil nut protein powder, dates and chia seeds to the blender. Be sure to use a high powered blender like the ones sold here at Let that soak for about 10 minutes.
Add vanilla bean, banana, ice and blend.
