Position: Graphic Designer with Customer Service Skills
Natural Zing is seeking a talented & creative spirit with a background in the health food industry. This individual will also be working closely with our customer base so must love to help customers via the phone, have a friendly demeanor, & patience.
Software Knowledge:
Adobe CS2, CS5, MailChimp, Facebook, Twitter, Dreamweaver, MS Word, MS Excel, Apple MAC Book, PC Windows XP, Outlook Express, Blogger
Responsibilities Include:
*Creating company's promotional materials from postcards to catalogs to coupons and mailers. Packaging skills a plus.
*Sending out weekly email newsletter blasts to retailers & wholesalers.
*Must have knowledge of printers & ideal paper options as we do print many labels in house. Technology background also a plus.
*Refreshing look and feel of packaging, labels, website, catalogs.
*Photography knowledge -- taking photos and editing/resizing for website and newsletters/print/catalogs, etc.
*Social media experience
*Office duties including taking & printing orders, addressing customer questions & emails, filing, placing office supply orders, sourcing packaging/labels for the best possible pricing.
