Pad Thai with Green Sauce Recipe

Pad Thai with Green Sauce Recipe - this dish contains our nutty flavored pumpkin seed protein powder & protein containing spirulina powder, making it an ideal dish for after the gym or a hardcore workout. Yes, they are noodles, but they are made with the popular sea vegetable kelp & are naturally low in carbs - so you don't have to feel guilty making something that tastes delicious.

• 1 package kelp noodles
• a handful of shredded carrots
• a handful of red pepper strips (we used a whole red pepper)
• a handful of baby spinach
For the sauce:
• 1/2 c. cold pressed olive oil 
• 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced with a ceramic knife
• 1/2 t. raw, organic cayenne pepper powder
• 2 T. Nama Shoyu
• 2 T. Coconut Aminos
• 1 T. Organic Pumpkin Seed protein powder
• 1/4 t. Himalayan Pink Crystal Salt
• 1 t. raw, organic Spirulina powder

• 1 t. raw, organic Nori flakes (garnish)
• 1/4 c. crushed, raw, organic jungle peanuts (garnish)
sprouts (optional)

Directions: Prepare first four ingredients, then prepare the sauce. Toss the ingredients with the sauce and garnish with nori flakes & jungle peanuts. Enjoy!
