Pumpkin Seed Milk

Ingredients

 1 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
(soaked for about 4 hours)

2 1/2 - 3 Cups water 

1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

3 Organic Medjool Dates

A pinch of Celtic sea salt or
Himalayan salt

(Optional)
1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Butter
(for a richer flavor)


1. Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor.

2. Start the processor on low and accelerate to high. Blend until smooth. (about a minute).

3. You can consume as is or strain out the seed pulp for a thinner texture.
