- 2 tbsp Organic Protein Powder (Natural Zing has several different types of Plant Based Protein Powders to suit your needs)
- 1 tbsp Olivado's Macadamia Nut Oil
- 1 cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or make your own using Natural Zing Shredded Coconut and Nut Milk Bags)
- 1/2 Organic Banana
- 1/2 cup Organic Pure Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Ice
