These easy to make bites use our coconut flour & fresh coconut for a tropical treat anytime!
Place your cookie bites into the fridge for about 30 minutes. You
can them place them into a container and store them in the fridge. *Remember to use parchment paper so they don't stick. Recipe makes about 1 to 1 1/2 dozen.
**Cood Idea: Feel free to roll in other toppings like crushed up nuts, chopped dried berries, nibs, & more!**
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Raw, Organic Almond Butter or your favorite nut butter
- 1/4 cup Natural Zing Bali Palm Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 teaspoon Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Natural Zing Cinnamon Powder
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup Natural Zing Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Natural Zing Shredded Coconut
Directions:
In a bowl, place the nut butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon,
and 1/4 cup of coconut flour. Mix it with a fork until well combined.
Touch the tip of your fingers. You should be able to make balls without
having the dough stick to your fingers. Depending on the oil content of
your butter, you may need to add some additional coconut flour. If your mix is
too dry, you can add a little water. Make balls about 1 inch in diameter & roll them in the coconut flakes before placing them unto a cookie sheet.
