Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup Natural Zing Brazil Nut Protein Powder
- 1-2 raw, Natural Zing Medjool Dates
- 1/2 tbsp Natural Zing Chia Seeds
- 1 Natural Zing Vanilla Bean (inside scraped)
- 1/2 Banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup ice
Preparation:
- Add water, brazil nut protein powder, dates and chia seeds to a high speed blender. Let that soak for about 10 minutes.
- Add vanilla bean, banana, ice and blend.
Optional: Not a fan of Vanilla? Try adding a teaspoon of Natural Zing Cacao Powder.
