Brazil Nut Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

 Preparation:

  1. Add water, brazil nut protein powder, dates and chia seeds to a high speed blender. Let that soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla bean, banana, ice and blend.
Optional: Not a fan of Vanilla? Try adding a teaspoon of Natural Zing Cacao Powder
