- 1 1/2 cups freshly made almond milk, warmed (or your favorite nut/seed milk)
- 2-3 soaked dates
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cordyceps
- 2-3 tbsp caramel (optional- see recipe below)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice plus reserve for dusting
