Try this new twist on a classic favorite...why not try adding rose water and coconut crystals to your almond milk recipe for a dreamy, creamy, ultimate gourmet experience.
- 1 cup raw almonds (soaked 8-12 hours)
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut crystals (depending on sweetness preference)
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1-2 tablespoons dried rose petals, for color (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
After soaking, rinse almonds thoroughly. Place almonds, coconut crystals, water, rose water, and rose petals (if using) into a blender.
Blend until the nuts are fully pulverized. Pour through a nutmilk bag positioned over a large bowl. Squeeze thoroughly to strain out all the liquid. Transfer to a bottle or jar and refrigerate. Shake well before drinking.

Notes:*Feel free to omit petals – the only difference will be that your milk won't have a slightly rosy hue.
