- 1 cup almond milk made with raw almonds
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup chopped mango, frozen
- 1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach or your favorite greens
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp raw hemp seed nuts
- 1 scoop plant based protein powder
- 1/4 cup water
