INGREDIENTS: Makes about 12 balls
- 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
- 3 tablespoons natural sweetener
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2/3 cup lightly vegetarian protein powder - we like our new sunflower seed protein
Thoroughly mix all ingredients, shape into one inch balls then top with your favorite coating. Keep truffles refrigerated.

- Cacao nibs
- Cacao powder
- Shredded coconut
- Finely chopped raw nuts or seeds
- Finely chopped dried fruit
- Matcha powder
- Raw oats
