Sunflower Red Pepper Hummus (raw, vegan)



Raw Vegan Sunflower Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:

3 C. Sunflower Seeds (soaks 6 hrs.)
6 Cloves of garlic
2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbs. Cumin powder
¼ C.  Extra virgin olive Oil
¾ C.  Lemon Juice
1 C. Tahini
1 red pepper
1 Tbs. Chili Powder
A Pinch of cayenne

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.  You may need to add water and use a spatula to work it down.
