Superfood Smoothie Bowls

Spring is a time of cleansing, getting into shape and enjoying fresh foods.  What better way to find a new way to enjoy smoothies by making them into smoothie bowls.   You can add your favorite fruits and superfoods in the smoothie or add them as a topping to make a denser meal.  Why not eat delicious, highly nutritious food that will make you feel great.  These are some of the smoothie bowls that I sell in my superfoods cafe.  Try them at home and enjoy.


Energy Smoothie Bowl

Filling:
Banana, Spinach, Matcha Green Tea, & Maca

Toppings: 
Sliced Banana, Cacao Nibs, Cashew Butter, & Blue Berries

Chocolate Endurance Bowl

Filling:
Banana, Strawberries, Cacao Powder, & Maca

Toppings:
Sliced Banana, Sliced Strawberries, Coconut Flakes, & Cacao Nibs

Superfood Smoothie

 Filling:
Banana, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, & Chia Seeds.

Toppings:
Sliced Banana, Sliced Strawberries, Gluten-free Granola, & Goji Berries.


Protein Smoothie Bowl


Filling:
Banana, Mango, & Sunflower Protein Powder

Toppings:
Sliced Banana, Cacao Nibs & Peanut Butter

I love to use smoothie bowls for breakfast. It's a nice alternative to smoothies. I also find it keeps me a fuller for longer. Thanks for the recipes.
