Immune Boost Drink:
1 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of raw manuka honey
1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ a teaspoon raw cinnamon powder
½ a teaspoon of lemon juice
Make sure ingredients are organic.
