- Natural Zing Nib Shakes: (serves 2)
- 1/3 c. cacao nibs
- 1 tbs. honey or sweeten to taste
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. ice
- Mix in a high-speed blender until smooth.
