Recipe: Raw Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse

1/2 c filtered water
1/2 c raw, organic cashews
1 T. raw, organic pine nuts
4 T. raw, organic cocoa powder
1/2 c. raw, organic, virgin coconut oil
1/2 c. coconut nectar
dash of pink salt

Blend all ingredients in a Blendtec. Refrigerate or freeze; cut into tiny squares. Top with coconut nectar to taste. Recipe courtesy of Chef Bliss.
