Brownies (raw, vegan & gluten-free)



Raw Vegan Brownies

1 C. Dates (pitted)
1 C. Cashew Flour or 1 ¼ C. Cashews
3 Tbls. Cocoa Powder
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until gummy.  The mixture should be a mold-able texture.  Mold into balls or press into a 9 x 9 baking dish flatten and cut into squares.


 I also added a little maca and plant based protein powder for extra power to your brownies.
