New Organic Gluten Free Flours & Raw Cookie Recipes

We have recently added a group of organic flours to our vast line of superfood ingredients. We now carry organic almond flour, organic cashew flour, raw organic hemp flour, & raw, organic coconut flour. These flours are great additions to raw cookie & bread recipes & are gluten-free. They're great for people on the Paleo diet too! Check out some of our favorite recipes using these new flours below...

Raw Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe - these are quick, easy & super delicious! And the best part is no eggs or refined sugars & flours.


Cookie Dough
• 1 3/4 cups organic cashew flour
• 3/4 cup ground raw, organic oats
• 1/4 cup raw, organic Agave Nectar
• 2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup raw, organic coconut oil

Raw Chocolate Chips
• Can use our raw, organic cacao nibs or make your own using the recipe below!

• 2 Tablespoon raw, organic coconut oil
• 1/2 cup raw or lightly roasted, organic carob powder
• 1/2 cup raw, organic cacao powder
• 4 T raw, organic agave nectar (or coconut nectar works well too!)
• 2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in your food processor to mix, & mix until ingredients form a dough. Shape the dough into one large ball and place in the fridge while you make your chocolate chips. For the chips mix all the ingredients into a medium bowl. Roll the dough out onto parchment paper & place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. When chocolate is frozen, cut into chips. Use a ceramic knife for a sharp cut - can make large chocolate chips or tiny chips this way. Mix chips into dough & roll into mini balls (about an inch big).  Refrigerate on parchment paper for 30 minutes until dough has hardened & cookies aren't sticky. Enjoy!

Raw Coconut Cookie Bites -these easy to make bites use our coconut flour & fresh coconut for a tropical treat anytime!

• 1 cup raw, organic almond butter or your favorite nut butter (macadamia nut butter also works
  well with the coconut)
• 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon raw, organic cinnamon powder
• 1/4 to 1/3 cup coconut flour
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut 

In a bowl, place the nut butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup of coconut flour. Mix it with a fork until well combined.  Touch the tip of your fingers. You should be able to make balls without having the dough stick to your fingers. Depending on the oil content of your butter, you may need to add some additional coconut flour. If  your mix is too dry, you can add a little water. Make balls about 1 inch in diameter & roll them in the coconut flakes before placing them unto a cookie sheet.
  Place your cookie bites into the fridge for about 30 minutes.  You can them place them into a container and store them in the fridge. *Remember to use parchment paper so they don't stick. Recipe makes about 1 to 1 1/2 dozen.

**Cood Idea: Feel free to roll in other toppings like crushed up nuts, chopped dried berries, nibs, & more!**

Honey Hemp Seed Cookies -These are gluten-free, & a natural source of protein. If you love hemp these are a must make!


• 1/4 cup raw, organic virgin coconut oil
• 1/2  cup raw, organic honey
• 2 raw, organic dates
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 2 tsp raw, organic vanilla bean powder
• 1 tsp raw, organic cinnamon
• 1/4 cup raw, organic chia seeds
• 1/4 cup raw, organic hemp seeds
• 1 cup sprouted ground golden flax seed powder
• 1 cup raw, organic shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup raw, organic hemp flour
• 1 1/2 cups organic almond flour

Combine the ingredients in the order listed. Create patties with your hands and place on a clean dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 3 - 6 hours depending if you'd like a chewier or more crisp cookie. Store in an airtight container.

Raw Date Recipes - Energy Bars & More!

Nut & Seed Energy Bars - These contain the perfect balance of protein & carbs to start your day off on the right foot. Plus they are super flavorful & don't take long to make!

Makes 9 bars


2 cups chopped raw, organic dates (pitted)
2 tbsp raw, organic cacao powder
3 tbsp raw, organic agave nectar or raw, vegan coconut nectar
2 tbsp water
1⁄4 cup raw, organic cashews
1⁄4 cup raw, organic walnuts
1⁄4 cup raw, organic almonds
3 tbsp raw, organic hemp seeds
2 tsp raw, organic sesame seeds
1 tsp raw, organic goji berries
1 tsp wildcrafted bee pollen
 Pinch fine celtic sea salt 

In a food processor, grind the nuts until they are a crumbly, fine consistency. Add in the dates, cacao powder, agave nectar, water, & sea salt & mix until well-combined.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the goji berries, bee pollen, & sesame seeds. Once ingredients are well-combined, press bar mixture into a 9x9 glass baking dish. Chill for at least thirty minutes.

Cut into bars and serve. These will keep for five days in the fridge, or a few weeks in the freezer.

Gingersnap Bars  - If you love gingersnaps you'll love these homemade energy bars which also double as a dessert! 


1 cup raw, organic walnuts
1 cup raw, organic almonds
2 cups raw, organic dates, (pitted, dropped 1 at a time)
1 teaspoon raw, organic coconut oil
1 tablespoon organic, sprouted, ground, golden flax seed powder (optional)
2 teaspoons raw, organic cinnamon
1 inch nub of fresh ginger from the root
1/8 teaspoon ground clove
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

Put nuts in food processor and run until roughly chopped or desired consistency. Add all dry ingredients & run for a few seconds until mixed. While running, drop the dates one by one into the mix. Run for just a few seconds more after last date has been dropped (mixture should be moist but still crumbly and stay together when pressed between your fingers, don’t mix too long or nut oils will over develop & end result will be oily). We like ours in ‘bar’ form, but you can also roll these into balls. If making bars, spread into square/rectangle pan or dish and press down firmly. Chill for at least 20 minutes, then cut (we used a 6" x 9" glass dish). Store in an airtight container in the fridge - will keep for 1 week.
